Introduction to low carb
A low carb diet is low in carbohydrates (sugary foods, pasta and bread to name a few). Instead, you eat real foods including protein (meats), natural fats and vegetables.
Low carb diets do result in weight loss and improved health all round. Imagine not having to count calories or use super special products, with the exception of counting those hidden carbs so we know how much insulin to give ourselves.

In a nutshell, if you stick to the what you can eat list you will be living a low carb lifestyle and you will be amazed at how you start using less insulin and you take back control of your diabetes and your life. Get creative with the items on the list or simply follow some of my recipes.
I am not saying you will never cheat or fall off the wagon, because we all have those days, but what I am saying is dust yourself off – get up and get back on the wagon.
You have this and you wont look back after feeling the clarity that normal blood sugars bring.
