all baked goods where you don’t know the ingrediants

bread (except banting breads)

 pasta

anything made with flour, wheat or barley

any foods that are battered (nuggets, etc)

crackers

milk

sweetened yoghurts

spreads (cheese, etc)

coffee creamers

rice

potatoes

any red vegetables (beetroot)

any orange vegetables (carrots, butternut –¬†except pumpkin)

peas

corn

Stay away from food that turns into sugar in your body
