Creamy Pumpkin with Rosemary
800g pumpkin cubed
200 g cream cheese – cheese and chive flavour
7/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
Cook the pumpkin until you are happy with the softness.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Place in your serving bowl and add rosemary sprigs on top to garnish.
