 Keto Classic Ranch

Ingredients

1/3 cup buttermilk

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons chopped chives

1 teaspoon dill spice

1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper and garlic salt

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly and place into a glass container. Enjoy with salads or even with chicken.

Keto Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 crumbled blue cheese

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly and place into a glass container. Enjoy with seed crackers and cucumber sticks.

Keto Classic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper

1/3 cup olive oil

Directions

Whisk all the ingredients together, except the olive oil. Once it is thoroughly mixed, you can slowly whisk the olive oil through. Place into a glass container. Enjoy with almost everything.

Keto Creamy Italian Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon Italian herb spice

1 clove garlic crushed

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients except parsley and salt/pepper into a blender and blend. Stir in the parsley and salt/pepper and place into a glass container.

Keto Roasted Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

1 head garlic

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Slice off the top of the garlic head and drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil over it.

Wrap garlic in foil, place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until soft.

Remove cooked cloves and place into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Place into a glass container. Enjoy with steak, chicken breasts and roasted veggies.

Storage

Store in glass jars with lids. These dressing must be stored in the fridge and will last for about 2 weeks. Each recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing.

Tip

Where Dijon mustard is used, it’s a must! The mustard binds the red vinegar and olive oil together.
