How to warm up before a workout?

Warming up before your workout is extremely important and many people underestimate the importance of a proper warm up before their workout. Warming up before your workout can be the difference between having a successful workout where your body works at its best, or a workout that doesn’t go as well as you want.

Warming up reduces the risk of injury and generally consists of some form of cardio and it doesn’t have to take a long time, but you DO need to do it!

Quick and Easy Warm Up Exercises

Option 1:

Skipping – 45 seconds

Star jumps – 45 seconds

High knees – 45 seconds

Butt kicks – 45 seconds

Option 2:

50 Skips

20 Star jumps

50 High knees

Option 3:

50 Butt kicks

50 Skips

50 High knees
