Keto Berry Chia Fresca


500 ml water

25 g frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons of Stevia powder


Place all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the chia seeds to the mixture and place in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the water and swell.
Shake a few times before you serve to distribute the swollen chia seeds.
Pour into a glass and serve with a slice of lemon.
