Keto Chocolate Almond Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

200ml almond milk

2 tablespoons rolled oats

1 frozen medium banana

1 tablespoon nut butter

1 tablespoon cacao powder

1 tablespoon chocolate 1005 whey protein powder

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

2-4 ice cubes

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a drinking glass to serve.
