Keto Cream Cheese Icing


200g tub cream cheese softened

1/2 cup powdered erythritol or xylitol

200g stick butter softened

2 teaspoons vanilla essence


Use a hand mixer and beat the cream cheese and butter in a bowl until smooth.

Add the sweetener and vanilla to the mixture, and continue to beat until texture becomes very light and creamy.

Adjust sweetness with more powdered sweetener to taste (but only if its not sweet enough for your taste buds).

Place the mixture in the fridge until you are ready to use it.

Repeat use of hand mixer until light and fluffy before using

Frost and enjoy!
