Keto Garlic Hollandaise Sauce


10 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

3 pasteurized egg yolks

1 pinch of  salt

1 tablespoon crushed garlic


Place the egg yolks in a blender and blend

While the blender is still running, slowly add the melted butter

Add the garlic, lemon juice, and salt

Blend for another minute

Place sauce into a serving container
